💰 Non-Refundable Fees:

All fees are non-refundable. If a lesson is cancelled within 24 hours of its scheduled time, there is no option to rearrange it.

🌟Fee Waiver Opportunities:

I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Therefore, I offer two opportunities each academic year (1st September to 31st August) to waive the cancellation fee for lessons cancelled within 24 hours.

🚫 No-Show Policy:

In the case of a no-show (not attending the lesson without prior notification), the full lesson fee will be charged. The two fee-waiving opportunities do not apply to no-shows.

📅 Academic Year Definition:

The academic year is defined as starting on 1st September and ending on 31st August of the following year.

📝 How to Cancel:

Please provide notice of cancellation as soon as possible to avoid fees and to utilise the fee-waiving opportunities effectively.
